Location of Project

Located in Action  Area – IIC of New Town, Kolkata, adjacent to Moonbeam Housing Project of WBHB. The projects are about 3 kms from Kazi Nazrul Islam Sarani (VIP Road). Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport is about 5 kms away. The projects are located very near to Bishwa Bangla Sarani (Major Arterial Road) and the New Town-Garia Metro Corridor. Street (Number - 0689) in front of the projects is 40 meter wide. Just behind these projects lies Moonbeam Housing Project of WBHB where 560 families live in peace and comfort. All necessary facilities like Schools, Colleges, Universities, Markets, Shopping, Entertainment and Sports complexes, Healthcare and Wellness facilities etc. are all amply available in close vicinity of the proposed projects.


Project Overview

  1. West Bengal Housing Board (WBHB) will construct 9 separate HIG Housing Projects on 9 separate plots, adjacent to each other, in Action Area – IIC of New Town, Kolkata.
  2. The projects are POOJARINEE, KRISHNAKALI, ANJALI, SHANKHO, BNASHEE, MUKTI, MANASHEE, PATRALEKHA and ABHISHAR.
  3. The township of New Town is already vibrant with residential complexes, individual houses, shopping arcades, entertainment, recreation, sports facilities, healthcare facilities, banks, offices, business facilities, IT Hub, etc.
  4. The flats are expected to be ready for occupation by allottees by the end of 24 months from the date of commencement of construction work and after full and final payment by the allottees to WBHB.
  5. The Common Areas and Facilities (CAF) will be maintained jointly by the Apartment Owners’ Association comprising of all 4 flat owners, of each project, at their own expense.
  6. There is an additional open land area of 600 sqft. more or less  in front of the Poojarinee where no construction shall be undertaken. The said land shall be maintained jointly by the flat owners of  Poojarinee 
  7. All areas of flats are on the basis of Standard Built Up Area.
  8. Difference in Standard Built Up Area of flats is due to difference in Common Areas.
  9. The furniture layouts shown in the floor plans are suggestive and for presentation purpose only. WBHB will not provide the same along with the flats.
