Valid applicants may visit the flats on a specified date prior to lottery and may withdraw their applications within 15 days from the date of visit without being charged any penalty. All other withdrawals of applications after 15 days from the date of visit to 15 days prior to lottery shall attract 25% of the application money plus other applicable charges, as penalty. This shall be applicable to applicants who have not visited the flats. Any withdrawal of application from 14 days prior to lottery upto issue of allotment letter shall attract a penalty of 30% of application money plus other applicable charges.
